Title: Using e!Sankey on 4K/UHD monitors
Post by: pbeilschmidt on October 25, 2016, 10:51 AM
Please note that screens with a resolution higher than FullHD/1080p (such as 4K/Ultra HD monitors) are not supported in the current version e!Sankey 4.

For years, high definition (HD) or '1080p' (1920 px x 1080 px) has been the predominant screen resolution. Now technology is pushing limits further and we are seeing so-called Ultra HD or '4k' monitors (with 3840 px x 2160 px or even 4096 px x 2160 px).

This is a major challenge for software makers, and means we have to re-engineer parts of e!Sankey to be able to display the software without problems on these new monitors. Version e!Sankey 4.x is not yet ready for it, but we intend to support the new screens in a future version.
