We have become aware of an issue with the current version (4.5.2). Possibly older versions are also affected.

For users in some countries, it may happen that when opening a new Sankey diagram the error message '1 is not a supported code page' is shown.
 
In the log file (accessible via Menu Help > About > Open Log File location > general.txt you will find an entry like this:
18.10 14:18:18.002 [1] ERROR ExceptionHandler An error occurred
System.ArgumentException: 1 is not a supported code page.

This issue has so far only be reported on Windows 10 machines.

We could identify the root cause of this problem in a component used for zipping/extracting. This component throws an error when an "uncommon" Windows language (e.g. "English (Sweden)") is set.
The ZIP component is used for (1) extracting the News page in e!Sankey, and for (2) extracting the Sankey template file when the 'New Diagram' command is called.

Solution: Check 'Region & Language' in the Windows Settings. Make sure you use either the local language setting for your country ("Swedish (Sweden)"). If you are using English in a Non-English country, please set to "English (United States)" or "English (United Kingdom)".

We will be replacing the component that causes this issue in the next major release.
