We have identified an issue in the current version e!Sankey 3.0.1.

Under specific circumstances a diagram file might become corrupt and can not be opened any more. The following message is shown.
“System.Collections.Generic.KeyNotFoundException:
The given key was not present in the dictionary.”

We are working on this issue and will release a bug fix with the next intermediate version release.

Users who are encountering this issue should send the corrupted file (file suffix ".sankey") to our e!Sankey Help desk at support@e-sankey.com, so that we can repair it.

We apologize for any inconveniences caused by this issue and hope to be able to provide a fix soon.

This issue has been fixed in the latest release e!Sankey 3.0.2. Please update to this latest version by clicking on the link provided by the update notifier on the start page, or by using "Check for Updates" from the Help Menu.

e!Sankey will check for corrupted files and repair them. The user will be notified that the file has been repaired and asked to save the file again.
