IOException error

I just installed a new version of e!Sankey pro and am receiving the following error message during the splash screen:

System.IO.IOException:
This operation is supported only when you are connected to the server.


The program startup then stops and the only option is to close.  I had previously (about one year ago) installed and uninstalled a demo version of the software.

Hi David,

ok, you added a reference to to the ticket from february this year and I assume that you still try to run e!Sankey on a citrix system. On first launch of e!Sankey it copies the samples diagrams and cliparts from 'Program Files' to user directory 'My Documents'. I am not sure how this works on a citrix system. Don't you have a windows directory for 'My Documents' or do you need to log in to another server? If you have to log in, you can try to do this before starting e!Sankey.

We can catch and ignore this error in e!Sankey application (for the next release), but I am not sure, if there will be another problem afterwards. e!Sankey e.g. needs access to a directory for temporary files.
