v 2.0.3.2098 - Output prints across more than one page
« on: November 29, 2008, 12:19 AM »
When I try to print my diagram, it prints across two pages, even though there is enough white space on the first page to accommodate the whole diagram. I have tried moving the diagram around the work space but this does not solve the problem. I have reduced the margins and this does not help. Any hints?

Thank you.

I already answered your question by mail, but for the sake of completeness I copied it to your forum post as well:

Does the second sheet contain any diagramm element or do you get a blank paper
out of the printer? In e!Sankey trial there are displayed texts on top of the
diagram to show that it is an unregistered version of e!Sankey. This texts may
be larger than the real diagram content and may result in an additional margin
on right or bottom side of the paper. If you have already entered the
purchased licence key, the bounds of the diagram shoul be calculated correctly
(with a very small margin arround diagram elements).

Do you use e!Sankey process stocks (entries added to processes)?

To get an impression of the additional margins I would like to ask you to try
the following steps:
  • Check the option 'Print Page Margin Marks' in Options Dialog (menu
    'Edit|Options' Page 'Diagram').
  • Change zoom to make print out take just no more the one page.
  • Please make a screen shot of the print preview and send it to this support
    address.

Would it be possible for you to send us the .sankey file for further analysis?
Of course all of your data will be handled confidentially
